Hey sandy, I am jumping into this thread to see if I can help. I went to Shortcuts and created a shortcut. Then I went to dictate and send video. It came up with take video. So I selected that, and then the next step I did was to save it to the camera roll. It created a shortcut called take video with back camera. I then asked Siri to take video with back camera and it opened the video app and started recording straight away.
