I guess I did miss that part of the questions. Smile! YES, the Pit Boss vertical smoker is kind of analog. The nob used to set the temp clicks each time you turn it which is very usable. The temp fluctuates more on the Pit Boss than on the Traeger. The Traeger has a digital screen and the up and down arrows do kind of click when you push them, but I always use AIRA to verify my temp on it. I've tried using SeeingAI to read the little screen, but haven't had much success with it.
