Sure it's not a real doubleA or trilpeA battery. I had a full size Apple BT keyboard which did take those and the battery compartment was in that rounded bit along the back and think the cap was on the left hand end. could be the other end as there's an on button on an end. I've not got it now, so can't chekc.
