Mark, Not that I know, however, there is the iPad App from CBS / Paramount, Star Trek PADD. This is a full Encyclopedia of Trek info, 100% everything and anything you could ever wish to know about Trek.
It is usable, but not accessible. I mean you can use it, its just not brilliant. But, never the less if you are looking for an in depth episode by episode synopses, you'll get no better. Plus all the characters bio, ships and stuff loads more. Of course, if you happen to have every episode ever made available to you, then within iTunes the episode description maybe enough for you?
