You have to go into the Alexa app on your phone and hook the Alexa device up to the Wi-Fi of your current/new location. The Alexa speaker connects to Wi-Fi just like your iPhone or any other device by recognizing the Wi-Fi name and then of course you have to provide the credentials, e.g. the password of the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to. To do this do the following: 1. Open the Amazon Alexa app on your iPhone 2. tap on the "Devices" tab at the bottom (it is 4 of 5, so second from the right) 3. Tab on "Echo and Alexa", this is the first item in the list of available device groups 4. Find the Echo device you want to change and double tap on it 5. Find Wi-Fi and tap on it 6. It will display the Wi-Fi name that was last used and it should say "Change", this is a link, tap on it and follow the instructions to select a new Wi-Fi and enter the password when prompted.

Just let me know if it isn’t. I brought an old screenless Echo Device to a place where I am staying. I saw nowhere in the Alexa App to take it off-line in one place and put it on another. The only way it will talk to me is if I turn on Bluetooth. I’d rather hook it up to the wifi where I am staying. Amazon for customers with disabilities says my inquiry is not suitable for a phone call but I am too tired now to struggle with this more now.
