I have been googling to see if this was possible. The impression I have is that 
it was possible at one time, way back in iOS 10 maybe. But it isn’t now. That 
has certainly been my experience, as I have really wanted to set the input 
language to Russian on my phone but leave it in English everywhere else. I have 
a good reason for that, but it’s apparently not possible, unless I’m missing 
something. I would really like to make this happen. I It helps when you’re 
working with native Russiannative Russian speakers and your spoken Russian 
isn’t what it used to be.
