You need the "PhoneLink" app on a Windows 11 PC and the "Link to Windows" app on your iPhone. PhoneLink should already be on your computer if it's updated to the latest Windows 11 version and Link to Windows of course has to be downloaded from the App Store on your iPhone, it does not work with an iPad (or at least not yet).
