Hi, Are both phones iPhones? If so, then I think you could use "share" and "air drop" to do this. The basic idea would be to select things, say a group of photos, then use the Share option and pick "air drop".
You would need to set the air drop permissions so the two phones can talk to one another the way you want. I hope this gets you started. I am assuming here that the two iphones are not using the same Apple ID. If they are, then there may be an easier way to do this using iCloud.
