Hi,

Are both phones iPhones? If so, then I think you could use "share" and "air
drop" to do this. The basic idea would be to select things, say a group of
photos, then use the Share option and pick "air drop".

You would need to set the air drop permissions so the two phones can talk to
one another the way you want.

I hope this gets you started.

I am assuming here that the two iphones are not using the same Apple ID. If
they are, then there may be an easier way to do this using iCloud.

Hi all, I have a tricky problem. We want to save stuff from my Dad’s iPhone.
Photos, text messages, possibly music and voice mails. What are your
suggestions on doing this? Verizon told my sister she’d need an Apple computer.
My thought is maybe we could connect it to our windows desktop. No phones are
backed up on that machine. What software might I need?

Years ago, I saved text messages after my Aunt passed away, but I don’t
remember how I did it. Maybe via iMazing on the Mac.

Anyway, what are your thoughts.

Thank you,
Traci
