For a while now, I've had a couple of problems using the Uber app. Two items have been popping up on the screen and I can't find a way to get rid of them. The first is an advertisement asking me to try local favorits and then displays a list of items that are available. The second is a message asking if the name or address is correct given my location. This is followed by four buttons labeled Yes, No, I Don't Know followed by a Done button which is dimmed. Tapping any of the three buttons does nothing so the Done button remains dimmed and can't be used. The problem with these boxes is that they cover up a great deal of the information I need about my ride such as how many minutes until my car will arrive, the color of the car, the driver's name and so on. If anyone has any ideas of how to get rid of these boxes, I would greatly appreciate your passing them on. Thank you. Stay well.
