Hello friends. Earlier yesterday here in the UK I received my new iPhone 15 Pro Max.
I was upgrading to this model from an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Once I booted the new device I was offered the choice of updating iOS to the latest release which I did. Once initial setup was completed including Face ID I chose to transfer the data between the two devices. This took no time at all and once completed my new device downloaded the apps that were present on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The only apps that required verification were financial apps like: HSBC ESET Home Idmobile and so-on. Once my new device was approved by these applications my iPhone 15 Pro Max was up and running. The two devices are not that dissimilar in size so orientation was not too big a problem. The new iPhone feels somewhat quicker in its response across all apps and using a variety of voices with VoiceOver. My initial findings are that the camera upgrade does not have an impact on the apps we as blind people would typically use. Apple made the transition between the two devices as trouble free as it could have been and I am pleased with the upgrade process and the device itself. Hope this may help someone.
