All you get is the phone and a USB-C cable. If you don't have a wall adapter with USB-C and preferable one which has at least 25 Watts, then you have to get one; you can buy it at the Apple Store (expensive) or go to Best Buy or online from Amazon, Anker has some very good and not so expensive options. I recommend you may as well get one which has at least 2 ports, you can also get some which have 1 USB-C and 1 regular Usb or some which habe 3 USB-C and 1 regular USB, then if you have to charge your iPhone and a headset and/or speaker and maybe even something else like an Apple Watch you can have them plugged in all at once.
