Once again echoing Richard, can you specifically check and answer whether
screen recognition is on? Turn the rotor until you hear screen recognition, if
it says "on" flick up or down with one finger, then make sure you turn the
rotor clockwise again to something like characters or words, if you leave it on
screen recognition it's just too easy to turn it on again. I have an iPhone 13
Pro and use iOS 17 and all is fine in the Health app.

I am still having problems. it seems like the health screen is totally
scrambled.
Instead of saying summary as the screen title it says "summard" and if I flick
right to move between items I get to the tabs at the bottom of the page in
between a couple of the favorite items I have on my summary screen.
Each of the favorite items like steps and active callories used to have the
value next to it then I could one finger double tap the item and get into a
view where I could select weekly view and review the values for the week but
this no longer happens.

This is so frustrating because I have been using this feature to track my steps
(I am in a competition with my work team mates concerning the number of steps
walked each day).
