If the content is the most important thing, text files can be read by sighted folks.
If you are trying to come close to the original format, then save it as PDF and make sure the name means something to you. If you cannot read the PDF with your screen reader, contact Winston Chen. Or, save it first as PDF for the sighted people who you want to read it, then as text for yourself.
