If the content is the most important thing, text files can be read by sighted
folks.

If you are trying to come close to the original format, then save it as PDF and
make sure the name means something to you.

If you cannot read the PDF with your screen reader, contact Winston Chen.

Or, save it first as PDF for the sighted people who you want to read it, then
as text for yourself.

Subject: Voice Dream Scanner Question Plese.

Hi Everyone,

I have some letters I want to scan them with VDS on my XR iPhone, and send them
to my Computer so I will have them to send to some sighted people. I need
these letters to look just like the original letters. My problem is if I scan
them and save them as a text file, and send them to my Computer, I can read
them, but I’m wondering if the sighted people will be able to read them too.
I’ve scanned them and saved them as a PDF file, and sent them to my Computer,
but I can’t understand a word of the PDF. So can someone please advise me how
to save these letters so sighted people can read them?

Thank you all in advance.

Janet
