Well deserved, but I still wish BME would work on developing an interface so that one can text a volunteer instead of calling. There are some circumstances where a blind hearing person may find this of value, but they're not providing as much access to as many people as they could be. I understand be My AI works with braille, but what I also understand is that those who can hear are able to make audio calls to volunteers. Why can't DeafBlind people be given the same access? All of that said, yes this tech is very revolutionary, I just wish people would start thinking in more broad terms sometimes. I've passed along the feedback a few times on the lack of texting, hopefully if enough people ask for it they will take it into consideration!
