Since Mary sent this to the Voice Dream Products list; I'm quite sure she is talking about Voice Dr,k Reader and Bookshare as the source. I have only experienced this with large audio books and they eventually became available. Are you syncing with iCloud? And, have you updated in the last couple of days?
