To be clear, the three finger swipe needs to be done with your fingers turn sideways as if you had the phone landscaped, only leave it portrait and swipe left to right, or right to left to turn pages like in a book rather than scrolling up or down.
My assumption about the cook time is that it would be half of a recipe for single burner models since you do not need to turn the food over. You may want to call Cosori and ask. Their phone support is usually very good. But it makes sense to me that if it is cooking from top and bottom a whole chicken would cook in 30 to 35 minutes instead of twice that.
