Sigh, Keith, you got me on that one. I need to stop eating so much turkey. Yes, you are right. I meant to say a 3-finger double tap. If you do this before recording something in which you don't want VO speaking part of what you are recording, it will really work. My apologies for giving the wrong gesture earlier.

Hi, what I recommend is you mute Voice Over before you start recording.
When you get to the point that you are going to double tap the screen to
activate the record button, do a 2-finger double-tap first, then double tap
like normal. When after it's recorded you can re-enable speech and unmute
Voice over with another 2-finger double tap.
