I removed the magnifier app from my phone, but a few other things you can do are:
You can also get to the spotlight search by double tapping on the page adjuster at the bottom of your home page, right above the dock. If you double tap this instead of flicking up or down, it’ll take you into the spotlight search. It’s just a different way to do what Richard suggests below. You can also go into the Apps Library by doing a three finger swipe left on your last home page. If you use the spotlight on your phone and type mag it should be the first result and will tell you where it is.
