Try Be My Eyes. The AI channel does a very good job, though it takes a little while for it to analyze the picture. Of course, it will depend on lighting and will not match what a person with sight could, but it seems better than other apps that I have tried. My wife is sighted, and a quilter and she has been impressed with what it has said.
