If Siri says it can't tell you then possibly this is not something you can ask Siri yet or you aren't asking the right thing or if it concerns Health information you may not have allowed Siri access. When I just tried (I had never asked Siri about Health information) I was told that I had to give access first and there was a button for Health Settings, once I tapped on it right at the top was the button to allow Siri access.
