We bought something similar to what I think you are looking for when we went on a cruise. One end was USB and plugged into a block which plugged into the wall. The other end has 4 cables of different types such as USB, USBC, etc. for plugging into different devices. It did work very well for charging multiple devices. Unfortunately I can’t find the exact link to it, but there are probably several like this.
