I have called Apple disability technical support; however, they were unable to solve the problem. I am now on the way to my local Apple store. I am now suspicious that this has something to do with the iOS 17.2.1 update. We’ll know after the Apple Store techs reactivate my phone. I will update the list as I know more. Thanks again.
