Hello Jan,, I doubt you will find such a Bluetooth headset as they are mostly very tiny and include a rechargeable battery which is integrated and which has to be recharged by plugging a cable into a charging port. If you don't mind me asking, why would you want something like that? Typically a bluetooth headset will outlast the battery of your iPhone and you can always buy one which uses a standard micro USB cable and use an external battery which you can then use to charge your iPhone or your bluetooth headset. Quite a lot of them do charge via USB, I just bought a Jabra Supreme and it comes with a standard micro USB cable so you can use a USB wall adapter like the one that comes with the iPhone, a laptop or external battery.
