The interface to Instacart on both the PC and phone seems somewhat inconsistent at times. The other day, we needed to add an item after checking out, and it seemed much more obvious how to do it on the phone than on the PC. But that hasn’t always been the case.
So far, we have always been able to get around any accessibility issues, but it does get frustrating. It is a great service, and I am really happy we have it, but I agree that it would be helpful to have a better way to report accessibility issues. When I called today, I did make them aware of the issue with the heart pertaining to favorited shoppers and did express how nice it’d be to be able to report problems from within the app directly to that team.
