The interface to Instacart on both the PC and phone seems somewhat inconsistent 
at times.  The other day, we needed to add an item after checking out, and it 
seemed much more obvious how to do it on the phone than on the PC.  But that 
hasn’t always been the case.  

 

So far, we have always been able to get around any accessibility issues, but it 
does get frustrating.  It is a great service, and I am really happy we have it, 
but I agree that it would be helpful to have a better way to report 
accessibility issues.

Oh nooo is this issue back? A while back this was a very huge problem in the 
shopping cart and made managing one’s cart very difficult.

I’m very sorry. You might want to call and tell them and make them aware or 
post at them on x formerly known as Twitter. When I called today, I did make 
them aware of the issue with the heart pertaining to favorited shoppers and did 
express how nice it’d be to be able to report problems from within the app 
directly to that team.

I’m sorry you are dealing with this issue once again.

if swiping doesn't work, you can double tap on the item and remove or change 
the quantity in your cart from within the item listing itself.

Try removing the item from the cart before checking out. VoiceOver should read 
the list of items in your cart. See if there is a remove open there, or 
possibly delete; I haven’t done it so I don’t know for sure.
