This is easy but not simple. You need to copy the address to your pasteboard in iOS. Then open up the contacts app and paste the address into the new e-mail field on a contact. If you do not know how to copy text in iOS, you will need to learn this skill as well as copying and pasting information to and from the pasteboard.
