This might be a question to ask from your cellular provider since the voice mail greeting is controlled by your provider and not by the phone and it should certainly have nothing at all to do with the ringtone you use. I have many ringtones I use for various contacts and I change my default ringtone pretty regularly and it neve rhas made a difference to my recorded voice mail greeting.
