CJ, 
I cannot speak to the OpenFit, but the OpenRun has no delay. Since you can 
return them for a refund fairly easily with Amazon and I suspect Shokz 
themselves, I'd give them a try. Again, I have the OpenFit ones that cost about 
$90 that are the bone conduction that loop behind your head and have the hooks 
like a pair of glasses that go in front of your ear from the back and rest on 
the bone just in front of your ears.
