Hello Alison, I’ve been recovering from the water damage incurred last week’s deluge so am just now seeing this thread which I think has been resolved.
1. You can only adjust the Open Fit volume control using the phone volume buttons. 2. The Open Fit headset is not bone conducting so do not try to place the speakers in front of your ears. Instead, each earpiece is worn so that the speaker is located just above your ear canal. I am so glad you like Open Fit.
