I accidentally discovered that there is now a share item in Be My Eyes that will share a link to the photo and the description on the Be My Eyes server.
After getting your description, flick up or down with one finger and there is both a copy button, which just copies the description, and a share button, which creates a link to the photo plus its description that you can then send in the usual ways. The link begins with: https://share.bemyeyes.com/ which is followed by the specific info for your picture. When the person you share that with clicks on the link, they get a link to the image file which they can open in its own tab plus the description.
