Mark, have you tried weatherology? Of all the free and paid apps I have tried,
this one is my favorite. And, it's free.

Subject: Re: Mark on Weather, Dating, and Amazon

Hello Mark and everybody, this is Mike from Oklahoma. Just read your email mark
on the weather in Amazon and dating and just want to say I am along with you
looking for an accessible weather app with voiceover. Right now I am using the
native weather app, and the weather channel app. They both tell me enough to
get me by for right now, but, I would like a more accessible weather app. So
Mark and everybody I hope this helps. I am along with you looking for an
accessible Weather app that works well with voiceover.
