If by reset you mean to restore the phone to factory settings, you can go into
settings -> general -> transfer or reset iPhone. You can also shutdown your
iPhone by going to settings -> general -> shutdown.

I don't have an SE, but if you want to do a hard restart then you can use the
instructions I found at
https://9to5mac.com/2020/04/30/how-to-force-restart-iphone-se-2020-enter-recovery-mode-dfu-more-video/

How to force restart iPhone SE
If you experience problems with your iPhone, you may need to force restart. To
force restart the iPhone SE, perform the following steps in quick succession:

Step 1: Press and release the Volume Up button.

Step 2: Press and release the Volume Down button.

Step 3: Press and hold the Side button until your device reboots and you see a
black screen, then release.

Keep in mind that each button press should occur in quick succession, one after
the other. During Step 3, after pressing and holding the Side button for
approximately 10 seconds, the iPhone SE will force restart (hard reset).

Subject: Resetting iPhone SE second generation

I am currently running the iPhone SE second generation. I am running the
highest version of iOS 16. Just wondering how you reset the iPhone second
generation SE? Are used to use it hit the volume up volume down and hold down
the home button. Doing this on the iPhone SE with a highest version of iOS 16
didn't seem to reset yet. Just wondering if that has changed and if so, how do
you do it?
