Hello, I would try going into settings and Bluetooth and forgetting them and then try to pair them from settings and then the app. These headphones and the app are a little tricky to use. I have had similar experiences with these headphones, but I love Bose so much that I overlook it. Lol. Please reach out if I can help you any more.
