Hi, It is for this reason I enabled the text updates so I could communicate with them right thtough the text message. It’s much more straightforward for me doing it that way.
I do sincerely wish there was an easier means by which to communicate with Instacart when things like this are broken. I used to do so via what was Twitter but now I don’t seem to get as much of a response on that platform.
