Yesterday, the time it took to apply the update and restart the IPHone when updating to 17.4, was around 25 minutes or so, thus on my IPad, it was frairly quick! Less than maybe 4 or 5 minutes of silence! Which brings me to my inquiry of How long should it take, on average, once the update is downloaded&unpacked (where the IPHone says that the update will pstart in so amount of time, or if you want to update now or later), until the IPHone restarts? Because ever since having this sE2020, the applying&restart process has taken on average, about from 4–7 to 10/12 minutes at the most!, with the exception of when updating 17.0, the time was nearly 40 minutes! So on what factors does this downtime depend on? It’s so frustrating there’s no accessible way to know what’s going on, except waiting and hoping!
