I’ve heard the same about the Cardio Arm. IN fact, Amazon has the Cardioarm 2 for $119 and some cents. It is a portable unit with a rechargeable battery that is good for at least 30 days, possibly 60 on a charge.
I have not gotten one myself, but several people have recommended them.
