I checked, can't see a lotof functional difference, but this new find says v1.1.something and phone drive says v3.1.something; i'm guessing the latter is the revised name and broader function set for the former. I think accessible file formats got more note, so that might be it; but otherwise seems the same thing. Didn't find a price either.
