No. You need to use iBooks to do that.

Subject: Searching for iBooks in the Apple Store

Greetings to the list.

When I use iTunes on my PC to search for an iBook, it comes up in the
results list along with any relevant audiobooks, albums, etc.
However, if I use the iTunes app on my iPhone 3GS, the iBook is not shown.
In the case of the iPhone, I search for iBooks via the iBooks app. Is it
possible to use iTunes on the iPhone to search for iBooks?

Thanks for all help.

Craig
