Hi Carla, I assume from your question that you are using Windows. In that case, download iTunes onto your computer. I know Apple is switching to an app called Music on Windows machines, but I don't think it's happened yet, or maybe it's only happened in Windows 11. If you are using Windows 11 and iTunes isn't available, get Apple's Music app. Set your iPhone to sync your music with your computer, and your music will be copied to the iTunes or Apple Music library on your computer. Then with your new phone, also turn on syncing, and the music will be copied from your computer to your phone.
