I liked Richard’s Chat AI for the few searches I did before the free trial ran out. I particularly liked that the answer was formatted into portions of text that VoiceOver naturally spoke without non-stop reading out of the answer.
I have been using an AI app called Science Answers. Despite it’s name I have done searches related to religion and it comes back with very good answers. So, it appears to not be restricted to science only. The one drawback is what I mentioned above as a positive for Chat AI. Science Answers presents its text in one block that VoiceOver reads non-stop. There are no “lines” designation for VoiceOver to navigate in smaller portions. Otherwise I like it and it is free with in-app purchases. I haven’t made any purchases and find it fine as is. I know we do have to be careful, when using any sort of AI. And, we need to be smart about what we do. I just think though that all of this stuff can really benefit us in a lot of ways.
