Richard, did you update both Sonos firmware and software? I believe you said 
that you did the update using your iPad. But did you also update the firmware? 
I ask because after reading your email, I used my iPad to update the app only. 
I was able to use the app with no real issues. I don’t know if things would be 
different if I updated the firmware. I did not per update the Sonos app on my 
iPhone 15 Max.
