Hi, check your mute switch, which is above the two volume controls. Make sure that it is situated toward the front face of the phone. If it isn’t flip it up with your fingernails so that. it is near the front face of the phone.
voiceover may say ring mode or silent mode when you flip the mute switch in either direction.
go to settings. Then go to sounds at haptics.
find the sound volume control, and swipe up with one finger until you get the desired volume.

Hello everyone,

I don’t know what happened, but my iPhone is not ringing when I get a call. I have pressed the buttons on the left side of the phone to increase the volume in case it had somehow been lowered, to no avail. Please give me step by step instructions to get my phone ringing again.

Many thanks.

Marilyn
