Honestly are you even paying any attention.
On both the Fire TV and Apple TV .. when a show is playing that on my phone has a secondary audio option .. Bringing up the ap settings .. moving over to audio settings .. clicking on that brings up the primary choice . entering on that b brings up where you should be able to change it to secondary .. primary is the only thing listed there .. there isn’t a secondary option .. which should be there .. This is all within the youtubetv app. The secondary audio just isn’t there .. It is different from what you have on your phone for an Apple TV or Fire TV. With your TV try pressing the down arrow and see if you have some settings there on the Apple TV.
