Not sure what you mean by "text audio" and by " it's impossible to get the audio when it happened."  As far as I am concerned I can either send a text message or an audio message which would be a recording of my actual voice. If I send a text message I can either type the text using the onscreen keyboard or a connected Bluetooth keyboard or Braille display or I can use dictation. If I send an audio message I start the message, enter my recipient and then I tap on "Apps" and "Audio" and then I record my message and send it or of course I can ask Siri to send an audio message to whoever my recipient is, Siri will ask me to go ahead and record and then send it.
