I have been working hard this afternoon to help a friend who is having the exact same problem. I thought something got broken in her outlook email settings, but so far, I haven’t found any problems. I have also had her send email to two of my email addresses, and they don’t arrive. She said that they are in her sent folder. If I hear anything about it, I will let you know. We have tried Outlook for Windows, our iPhones and iCloud’s website. We are unable to receive any of the messages that we have sent to a variety of e-mail services including my own domain. On the iPhones and Outlook messages are in the sent messages folders although they never arrive. We get no error messages either. On the iCloud website it states that all systems are operational.
