I've been using TuneIn Premium for a year or so on my iPhone and I like it.
And you can link it to your Echo devices and use it on those. There's a
link to it in your Profile in the TuneIn app, and when you click that,
it sends you to the Alexa app where you confirm it. It's pretty easy.
