This is so true, during a shopping experience yesterday, my boyfriend who is cited, had a lot of trouble, the app just kept crashing.

It is very upsetting when you call them and they don’t even try to understand the problems that you’re having. if they cared that much, the problem would be already fixed. For example, when Bank of America was told they were having problems selecting from the account to send money through Zelle from, it didn’t take them any time to go in and fix that issue. Walmart, as big accompany as they are, Should spend a little bit more time making sure their disabled customers have the same access that their sighted customers do.
