Thanks for writing back. I should have specified that my phone is running IOS 17.7. I went to the voiceOver settings you specified. I was stumped by the statement on the screen that all commands are preceded by ctrl+option. The option key is something found on a Mac. We are talking about an iPhone and a Braille display. The listed commands are pretty much in-prehensible.
