On the Ray-Ban Meta website they call it Standard and Large, at my local optomotrist they call it a 50 and 53. I read up a bit about sizing on glasses and that normally refers to the width of the lenses in millimeters. In other words it would seem that the Standard size has 50mm width lenses which is pretty much 2 inches and the large size has 53mm lenses, the difference of 3mm in inches is one eigth of an inch. I found also that the Standard size has ever so slightly shorter arms and for me the large size was a better fit.
