In the experience of many folk the only way to convince me that you are in the United States is to set up the glasses with an email address which is not associated with your Facebook account and also to delete Facebook and WhatsApp and Instagram from your phone before you start Pairing the glasses. Those apps betray your real location no matter what else you do. I do have location services turned on because me insists on this. Good luck!
