One time I had a phone, that some way or other had that driving setting in it. My phone would not take calls, if I was going anywhere, finally figured and got that thing turned off. I don't remember what I did to get rid of it, but I did get rid of driving.

You can change it to all contacts, but apparently, they have to be in your contacts for this to work. Then, I guess, you have to convince your phone you are driving.
